Visiting the Printworkers in Barcelona for some Screenprint Fun
We've had a pretty cool year filled with numerous poster highlights, such as the Maifeld Derby, the Streetfood & Art Market in Ladenburg, our 'Mönsters Of Screenprinting' exhibition at the Strümpfe Gallery in Mannheim, and, of course, our open studio during the Nachtwandel and the Antighost Advent gatherings. However, what we didn't manage to do in 2023 was attend any of the major screen printing events. We saved that for the very end of the year when we headed to Barcelona to visit the Printworkers.
At the end of the year, Alex, the head honcho at Printworkers, hosts a super cool two-day screen printing exhibition called 'Give Print A Chance' at his co-working space/screen printing studio, Printworkers Barcelona, located in the trendy Gracia district. For two days, screen printers from across Europe gather here.
