Mollie

Mollie B.V. (Mollie), a company registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce under number 30204462, is a payment service provider authorised by the Dutch Central Bank (DNB). Mollie provides online payment services to its customers, who are webshop operators. On the basis of a payment contract between Mollie and the webshop operator, Mollie establishes the connection between the webshop operator and buyers via payment methods such as MasterCard, Visa, Sofort, American Express or Bancontact. Mollie's service is limited to the processing of a payment on behalf of the webshop operator and the subsequent transfer of funds to the webshop operator's bank account - Mollie is therefore not a party to the purchase agreement between the consumer and the webshop operator.
